The Balsamic glaze can be added to a variety of savoury and sweet dishes. They can be added to salads, grilled and boiled meats or meaty fish such as tuna, swordfish or salmon. Incorporate balsamic glaze in pasta dishes, grilled vegetables and risotto. The Balsamic glaze can also be drizzled over ice cream or strawberries to enhance their flavour. Expecially testing with cheese, ricotta. The Balsamic glaze can be added at the end of cooking as it does not need to be cooked. Simply drizzle a few drops over the food, straight from the bottle.
